About Penelope

Penelope is a proficient positive behaviour support practitioner and registered teacher. She spent 18 years teaching in schools around the world (Australia, United Kingdom, Qatar, Jordan, Vietnam and Indonesia) as a classroom teacher and head of learning support. In 2024, Penelope moved into the positive behaviour support space with a focus on neurodivergence, complex trauma and diverse communities.
